WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed by 5pm EST ship within 3 days. For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 3-7 business days after shipment for your package to arrive.
We currently only ship in the USA.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All products use table rate shipping using this formula for domestic orders:
Zero to $9.99 = $3.99shipping, $10 to $19.99 = $5.99 shipping, $20 to $49.99 = $9.99 shipping, $50 to 74.99 = $12.99 shipping, $75 to 98.99 = $15.99 shipping, over $99 = Free Shipping.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, Stripe and PayPal.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You we will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped which will also contain your tracking number.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you created an account, you can log into your account and see the status of your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue — your name, billing address and zip code that you enter upon checkout must match your credit card statement’s information. Please email us at email@example.com and we will look into your order for you.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to firstname.lastname@example.org new email there is a chance we can cancel it in time!
If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus shipping and handling fee. Please email us at email@example.com new email if you’re in this situation.
